Things that happen senior year

While senior year is supposed to be fun, there is still a lot of work to do. You still have to pass your classes and you still have to take mid-years and finals. As much as you want to take senior year as a joke you shouldnt, you should still do you work and work hard. Colleges are going to be excpecting the best from you and if you want to get into a good college youll have to do a good job in school. Also attendence is a big deal. You wont have teachers coming around to you telling you what you missed. You need to be a self advocate for yourself and find your professor and ask about the work. Also if you dont think your doing to well then you should go and find a tutor or ask one of your friends for help if they get it. Your going to need to know a lot of things for college and just life in general. High school is a way to find yourself, a way to know what suits you the best and what courses interest you. Never take a course that bores you, youll end up doing awful and probably will fail. You should always find courses that peak your intrest level and make you want to learn more. What? Something to make you want to learn? Sounds weird doesnt it. But if your more interested in the course then youll do better in it.

University or community college.

If your confused on whether you want to go to a community college or a university you can ask friends and see what they like better. You can weigh out the pros and cons of the colleges. If you feel like you don't know what to do your want to not go to college. Heres a tip online schooling. Online schooling doesn't work for everyone but if you put in the right amount of time and the right amount of effort you can pull it off. If your thinking of doing an online college or course dont take it so lightly, even though you can work and study at your own time, there are still deadlines to meet. Online college is still as strict as a normal college or course.

Colleges

There are so many things to worry about senior year, classes, graduating, senior reception, and the biggest worry of all college! Most kids wonder what college will I get into will ieven go to college, is college right for me? If your thinking about all of those things I'd go and see your guidance counselor or do your own research. See if maybe community college is better suited for you than a university, and if your worried about being far away from home. Research some schools near your towns, just because your local doesn't mean your getting a bad education. If attendance isn't really your thing or you think you won't do well in a big college check your community colleges they'll help a lot and that way you can choose if you want to go to your classes in the day or night.

Family/friends

What I've learned in my four years of highschool is that family is always going to come first no matter what. You might fight with them all the time you might even say you hate them but in all reality you dont hate them. Friends do come and go but family is really forever as much as you think your going to be friends with your best friend in highschool forever chances are you'll go your separate ways once you start going to college. You never really know how much family means to you until your put in a situation where you might loose them. All in all family is important, more important than you could ever imagine. They will always be there for you and they will always have your back. No matter what you do, they'll be there.
